Ashlee and Pete were snapped last night on the street in Los Angeles, where they happened to be tumbling out of the Chateau Marmont looking like the night had been a great break from baby duties and the daily grind! With Pete Wentz in a dapper bow tie and Ashlee Simpson in a coordinated plaid dress, the two looked awesome and definitely not like boring parents at all!

Pete, who recently confirmed that he will be hosting the Australia MTV Awards in Sydney, also told the press that he approves of President Obama's choice of first-dog. "I grew up with two ... they were great dogs," he said about the new Portuguese Water Dog selection.
