EXCLUSIVE: Cameron, That's Not Paul Sculfor's Hand!

Cameron Diaz enjoyed a very animated lunch meeting at the Chateau Marmont Hotel in West Hollywood yesterday. The actress looked quite dreamy with her blonde hair and cream jumper as she seemingly enjoyed the conversation with her "date." At one point it looked as though she was holding her male pals hand, but we're sure this was just a trick of the angle.

Oddly as I type this, Cameron's boyfriend Paul Sculfor is eating Yo Sushi! right next door to the Splash office in London. Perhaps I should print off a couple of these pictures and see what he thinks!
