Leighton Meester's the girl to pull off thigh-high boots-- sorry, Kim Kardashian! Leighton strutted through New York City wearing a gorg pair of designer boots and a cute purple scarf on her way to being Blair Waldorf for Gossip Girl, and she looked pretty and relaxed despite having to report for work. Hunky co-stars help, I'm sure.
BTW, Gossip Girl will be back on Monday night with a new episode at 8 EST, and will highlight a bash thrown by Serena (Blake Lively) for Jenny (Taylor Momsen). The GG website claims that "things get way out of control," so we are looking forward to the new show on the CW!
Love the boots. Anybody would look good in those.
