These are the new pictures of George Clooney in Miami on the set of his new film, Up in the Air. It's a comedy/drama about a professional who specializes in "career transition counseling" - which apparently means firing.

George plays Ryan Bingham, who is looking to accomplish his two main goals in life: to accumulate 1 million frequent flier miles, and to land a job at a mysterious management company called MythTech.
