Kiefer Sutherland Charged

This was the scene just moments after Kiefer Sutherland left the New York police station where he was booked on assault charges.

Our cameras were there as Sutherland left the precinct after being officially charged with misdemeanor assault following a late night altercation at Manhattan nightclub.

The 24 star is accused of headbutting a fashion designer Jack McCullough.
