Kiefer Sutherland and the designer he was accused of head-butting have reached a settlement according to the AP.
If that's the case, it would clear the way for the misdemeanor assault charge to be dropped because Jack McCollough would no longer be a "complaining witness".
In appearance on Jimmy Fallon last night, the 24 star said he regretted the incident.
We just wonder if he went Jack Bauer on his ass.
