Lindsay Lohan started the celebration a little early this year.
The singer / actress was spotted poolside at Wet Republic inside the MGM Grand hotel in Las Vegas.
Between several outfit changes, cake and some dancing, Lohan posed for pics in a killer pair of fringed boots.
