Well, that's the name of that tune.

Nick Lachey and Vanessa Minnillo have called it a day. Split up. Said goodbye. Moved out and moved on. Bit the dust. 

Yawn. 

They hooked up back in 2006, the year after Nick and then wife Jessica Simpson split. 

Sources say it was an amicable break up. Well that's....something.
