Has Avril Lavigne Ditched Deryck Whibley?

So, what's going on with Deryck Whibley and Avirl Lavigne? They haven't been pictured together since probably December last year and Avril was spotted cheering on the Yankees just a few days ago while Deryck dined at Boa last night, alone.
Are these two over? Will we be getting an official announcement soon?
More importantly, we know the Sum 41 rocker is short, but dude, ditch the shoes.

That is such a bunch of bull, here a few dates they were photographed together, since December:

* Beverly Glen Center - Bel Air, LA 09.05.09
* Whole Foods - Beverly Hills, LA 05.06.09
And they were both just seen at Boathouse in Canada on 08.17.09 too.
So please tell me, don't you check you fact before posting???
