A Los Angeles judge just signed off on a deal granting Katherine Jackson custody of Michael's three kids.
As part of her guardianship she will also get an allowance from the late singer's estate.
Superior Court Judge Mitchell Beckloff said, "It's not my intention to deprive the children of anything."
The Jackson matriarch reached a custody agreement last week with Debbie Rowe, Michael's ex-wife and mother to two of Michael's kids, Paris Michael and Prince Michael. Debbie will get visitation rights based on the schedule worked out by a child psychologist as well as continued spousal support from the Jackson estate.
Prince Michael II (a.k.a. "Blanket"), 7, Michael Jackson's youngest child and whose surrogate mother has never been identified, will also stay with Katherine, the judge said, finding there was "no legal mother" of Blanket.
Lawyers will return to court in January of next year for a status hearing.
