Kate Gosselin was spotted dabbing tears away in her car following a fight with her estranged husband, Jon Gosselin.
The reality show couple's very public breakup has been making headlines for months.
The latest?
Jon and Kate's heated argument outside the couple's Pennsylvania home.
According to sources, Kate stopped by to confront her ex about a reported romance with the children's babysitter Stephanie Santoro--despite a custody agreement forbidding her to do so while Jon is on the property.
Police were called to the scene and had no choice but to send Kate packing.
Moments later, photogs snapped Kate sobbing and checking into a Days Inn.
Umm...Days Inn, Kate?
We'd have thought after hitting up the talk show circuit this week, you'd be staying in slightly better digs.

They really need to end the reality show and move on with their lives. It was pitifull to see Kate checking into a hotel. She should know that she can't be at the house when he has his custody. She needs to find an alternate place to stay. I don't know what they are thinking. It is a ll a big joke now.
