We caught Ashlee Simpson filming an episode of her show Melrose Place in Los Angeles. Despite the show's slow start in the ratings, the show is not yet on the chopping block. Expect ratings for the show to improve with the return of Heather Locklear as the scheming Amanda Woodward.
