Beyoncé is being sued by Abercrombie & Fitch,
who claims it owns the rights to the name of her new perfume 'Sasha
Fierce,' because of a similarly named cologne they sell called 'Fierce.'
The clothing company, who says they racked up $190 million in sales since 2002, thinks the name "poses a likelihood of confusion."

this is the dumbest reason to sue someone for. i could understand if the perfume was called Sasha Fierce, but its not. get over it. plus Tyra used the word for America's Next Top Model constantly, so are they gonna sue her too?
