This is the never before seen police photo of Jaycee Lee Dugard's alleged kidnapper
Philip Garrido from his 1976 arrest for kidnap and rape.
The grainy image shows a 26-year-old Garrido when he was a musician in a rock band and used hard drugs.
The image of the long-haired, leather-clad jacket suspect was released by police in Reno, Nevada.
Garrido, now 58, kidnapped and raped Katie Calloway Hall.
It was claimed he handcuffed his victim and taped up her mouth before raping her in a shed in Reno.
