Gerard Butler played a lawyer...in real life.
The Scottish hunk actually quit his job in law to pursue a career in acting and admits that he wasn't of sane mine when he made the decision.
"You have to understand that I was completely out of control. If I hadn't
been so lost and insane, I'd still be a lawyer. I said to myself, 'I'm aiming
for the stars. I'll worry about the details later."
Turns out it might have been the best decision he ever made, even if he was at the lowest point of his life when he made it.
"The universe conspires. Once you decide to do something, the universe
starts to help you. There are a lot of people who are really talented, and
I can see they're not going to make it because they don't work hard enough."
No objections!

Yes. He had worked hard. But he was never afraid to tackle the tough stuff. One of the first things he did was Shakespeare. How's that for courage. He has done well and he is now a fine and multitalented actor and a great Guy. We love Gerry, and all his fans wish him all the best in the future. We're routing for you Gerry, and wish you the best of luck with this great film Law Abiding Citizen and the future role in Shakespeare's Coriolanus. I my wish were to come true another project would be ' Burns'. but that will come I'm sure. Think of me and it will happen.
