Heidi Klum wants to legally take husband Seal's name, according to court documents.
The German supermodel has reportedly filed paperwork with the LA Superior Court to have her surname changed to Samuel.
The "Crazy" singer's full name is Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel. The couple have been married for four-and-a-half years and have two children together. Klum, who is currently pregnant, is set to give birth to their third child this month.
The Project Runway host should find out whether her petition to change her name has been successful on November 20.

They're married correct? Then why would she need to petition a court for a name change.
Well that's just silly. It's like changing the brand name of Coca-Cola to Coca-Samuel. She IS a brand name at this point after all.
