Lindsay Lohan is back in NYC...and so are her lips!
The actress was seen looking very Lindsay in black, high-waisted stretchies, a white beanie and a studded bag.
But if she doesn't look too happy, it's because she's reportedly planning to take a restraining order out against her father, Michael Lohan.
The troubled star is said to be fed up with him and his behavior.

"Lindsay is actively getting a restraining order, her lawyer has already been
contacted. She's scared. This is really serious."
