Michael Jackson was in reasonably good health when he died, according to his autopsy report.
The late King of Pop, who often appeared skeletal, actually weighed 136lbs when he died in June.
The autopsy report states that the 50-year-old Jackson's weight was within normal parameters for a 5ft9 tall man.
Jackson's arms were found covered in puncture marks and he had scars on his neck and face.
Jacko also had tattooed eyebrows and lips, according to U.S reports.
The star's heart was in a strong condition and he had some arthritis and lung damage, which may have left him short of breath.
The report said that none of the conditions Jackson suffered were life-threatening and concluded his death was caused by the powerful painkiller administered to him by his doctor.
