Hilary Duff looks a little peeved.

The Gossip Girl star was leaving Ken Paves Hair Salon in West Hollywood when she spotted a parking ticket on her car.

Hilary needs to take a cue from Nicky Hilton...the heiress, spotted here, never lets her meter hit the red.
