The Spice Girl says she doesn't at all believe in airbrushing and exercises daily just to look good in magazine photos.
Posh told Harper's Bazaar:
"I didn't want to rely on retouching. I wanted to look at those pictures in 20 years
time and say, 'Wow, look- after three kids- I didn't look bad'."
As if that's at all possible.
