Victoria Beckham offers her sister £50,000 to pay for her wedding this Christmas

Victoria Beckham has offered her sister a £50,000 cheque to pay for her wedding this Christmas.

Victoria, 35, has reportedly said she will pick up the tab when her sister Louise, 31, marries stockbroker Darren Flood on December 27, and it is claimed Victoria wants the event to be held at her home - dubbed Beckingham Palace.

Victoria has also reportedly asked her own wedding dress designer Vera Wang to make Louise's dress.

A friend said: "Vic just told Louise, 'I don't care what it costs - it will be my Christmas present to you'. Louise was very emotional."

However, Louise's partner Darren, 30, is reportedly not so keen on Victoria paying for the affair.

The source added: "He is insisting he gets the bill - it's why he is so respected and liked by the family. But Victoria normally gets her way."
