We caught Britney Spears and Jason Trawick with their hands full today. The pop star and her boyfriend were spotted leaving their Melbourne hotel with Jayden James and Sean Preston in their arms. 

After tonight's concert, she's off to Sidney on the final leg of her Circus tour.
