knows that Halloween is over right? The "Poker Face" singer arrived at
the ACE awards in New York City in this, well....even we don't know
wear to start.
We understand the underwear on the outside, the frizzy hair, the veil thingy, and the fact that all that white powder is enough to make Tony Montana blush, but what the hell is up with Gaga's knees?
What was she doing to get them so dirty so early in the night?
