Madonna and boy-toy Jesus Luz were spotted last night exiting the back door of the Standard Hotel in NYC.

Her Madgesty was at the hotel for the Valentino: The Last Emperor DVD launch party about legendary designer Valentino Garavini and his fashion empire.

Madge is looking great...it must be the fountain of youth that she's been tapping into.
