Update: Mel Gibson has confirmed that girlfriend Okasana Grigorieva has given birth to a baby girl Lucia!

If the rumors are true, Mel Gibson is now a proud father of eight, matching Jon & Kate Gosselin.

RadarOnline is reporting that Mel's girlfriend, Oksana Grigorieva gave birth to a bouncing baby girl on Friday.

Luckily Mel will be able to provide for his kids unlike Jon with his assets, being that he owns Mel-ibu and all.  Not to mention, he's got that weird Beaver movie he's making.
