Well it's about time.

Ever since Megan Fox hit the scene, the sexy Transformers star has been compared to Angelina Jolie for everything from the pair's plethora of tattoos, to their trademark pouts.

So far, Angie has remained civil with her look-alike. 

Until now. 

According to sources, Jolie is furious with Fox. 

What started the smack down?

The poor man's Jolie is apparently trying to weasel her way into the lead role in the next Tomb Raider film.

"Angie isn't a fan of the Transformers films and believes Megan won't do the Lara Croft character justice," a source told The Sun.  "She's also annoyed because she thinks Megan copies everything from her, from her tattoos to her style."

Well...she kinda has a good point. 

While the new film is supposedly a prequel--which most likely would require someone a little younger for the part--the source goes on to say, "Angie was intent on reprising her role."

"She feels it's something she helped define and feels robbed that it looks likely to be handed to someone who she considers less capable than her."

So where will Angie go from here? 

"Angelina is collaborating on a concept with a new sexy female action character which will absolutely blow Megan out of the water."

A word of advice, Megan...

Wear a life jacket.

Angelina Jolie took the stage today to speak out on behalf of the hundreds of thousands of refugees around the world displaced by violence and political oppression. Speaking at the National Geographic Museum the Changeling actress said that the leading countries need to open of their doors to helping refugees obtain asylum.

"I believe we must persuade the world that refugees must not be simply viewed as a burden," she said. "They are the survivors. And they can bring those qualities to the service of their communities and the countries that shelter them."

Angelina closed her speech by urging refugees to never give up.

Angelina Jolie, with two of her six  children in tow, touched down in Washington DC earlier this morning.

The Wanted star was scheduled to meet with Hilary Clinton at an event honoring World Refugee Day but the Secretary of State was forced to cancel her appearance after she fell outside the White House, breaking her elbow.

In other Brangelina news, the superstar couple have donated $1 million to the United Nations to aid hundreds of thousands of refugees displaced by violence in Pakistan.

Since becoming a UN Goodwill Ambassador in 2001, Jolie has visited the war-torn nation three times, even taking Brad Pitt there in 2005.
