The look of this audience watching Jessica Simpson perform. . . worries me. Pete Wentz looks bored, Ashlee Simpson looks like her eyes might be closed (?!), and a good deal of people around them look like they are laughing hysterically or staring in horror. Was it Jessica's voice,
her outfit, or just a lucky photo taken as she performed in Pomona at the L.A. County Fair? Your guess is as good as mine!

It's hard to ignore the rumors of twins, when Ashlee Simpson rocks up at the MTV Music Video Awards looking larger than ever. The proud mum-to-be happily cupped her growing belly as she posed for photographers in a black floor length maxi dress.
The red head posed alone as beau Pete Wentz was set to hit the red carpet with his band Fall Out Boy. So don't worry folks, he's not an inattentive husband!

Ashlee Simpson might just be one of our best-dressed pregnant celebrities of 2008! She's told us that she's happy to be wearing maternity clothes, but that doesn't mean she's not looking fantastic. Dressed in a striped trapeze tank and booties, she got a treatment at Senna nail salon in Beverly Hills this weekend. Ashlee's
donated those trousers to Pete Wentz, and she's still knee-deep in skinny jeans anyway!

Jessica wasn't the only Simpson at
Beso last night, her younger sister Ashlee also had dinner at the trendy restaurant owned by Eva Longoria.
Sans hubby Pete Wentz, the "Outta My Head" singer turned up with a friend wearing a pair of knee high socks and a black satin dress with lace accents that hung loosely over her expanding pregnant belly.

must be exhausted after this weekend in Canada. I hope that she gets to take a break and enjoy herself after all this time in the spotlight, because if Pete Wentz isn't right by her side
pushing people out of the way for her, she's probably overexerting herself.
