Um, I'm sure Avril was going for a rock look here but I cant help seeing a toilet roll doll. Avril Lavigne went all out to match the pink carpet at the Box club in NYC. You know what? I'm kind of bored with Avril Lavigne. I find her wannabe punk image and fake emo music (if there is such a thing as fake emo) really tiring. Are you guys in the same boat? Does she have any real fans anymore?

Avril Lavinge says in the recent issue of Jane magazine that "Britney Spears inspires her" and that her mom took her to one of the fading stars concerts when she was younger in preparation of her own future career.

“My mom made me go to a Britney Spears concert when I was young. I was like ‘No, I don’t want to.’ “She was like ‘If you’re going to be a performer, you need to see other people.’ ”

Not only is forcing your young impressionable daughter to see Britney Spears skank it up on stage cruel but it is so not punk rock. I knew her goth/punk rock/skater girl image was all a sham but she's not even emo! She's pop star that rocks a studded bracelet instead of pink headband. More pics after the jump!
