Ben Affleck's been extra busy with his wife Jennifer Garner and new baby Seraphina spending a little more time at home! The new dad-of-two dropped off Violet at pre-school juggling a bunch of stuff-- and flashing a furry belly for the cameras by accident-- yesterday in Santa Monica.
Since his life has definitely been pretty routine lately, it's not entirely unsurprising that some juicy (although unsubstantiated) rumors are rising to the top involving Violet's "real dad." Don't take this seriously, although it
was a fun read!

Ben Affleck improved greatly since his last
attempted glowering session with the paparazzi in tow. This time, he skipped the police escort and the lost glances and went straight into sideways eye contact avoidance mode. . . kind of like
John Mayer did earlier this week.
As usual, Violet Affleck was overflowing with genuinely overjoyed behavior and cuteness as she got dropped off at school in Santa Monica. What a total sweetheart!

Ben Affleck wasn't in the mood for photographer attention when he picked up little Violet at school in Santa Monica yesterday-- I think he should learn the art of avoidance from John Mayer, who did a
masterful job on Monday. Wearing clothes that look like he just rolled out of bed, he carried Violet out and then gave the paps an irritated stare before driving away.
Did Ben forget to shave? Are you into his scruffy stubble, or do you just want to lead him to the next barber's shop ASAP?

Ben Affleck got a police escort this week to pick up Violet from school today: it looks like this busy dad has gotten a little overwhelmed now that Jennifer's recuperating with their new addition to the family, Seraphina. Even though he had a man in uniform around to help, Ben looked a little on the tense side as he bundled Violet into the car.
I bet someone's looking forward to the weekend!

Ben Affleck looked like he was running behind schedule when we caught him trotting to the car in Santa Monica while picking up Violet. After getting back from Washington D.C. and all the inaugural festivities (plus schmoozing with stars like Jessica Alba), he's been racing around non-stop. Maybe he was just in a rush to get home to Jennifer and little Seraphina Affleck!

It was no surprise to see a whole host of celebrities making their way to Washington DC over the weekend for Barack Obama's Inauguration Kick-off Event. Splash's dedicated paparazzi spotted the following visitors;
Jamie Foxx walking the red carpet with his signature Gucci shades on. Bill Murray landing in Washington DC with striped pants on. Ben Affleck after the Declare Yourself event when he was approached by a crazed football fan. Bill Clinton looking old. John Legend with hot model/girlfriend. Sarah Silverman looking scruffy. Band Maroon 5. Actor John Cusack. And last but not least Rosario Dawson, who tried to hide her face.
