Britney Spears is taking time from her Circus schedule to play with her kids. 

Brit Brit was in the middle of her world tour but was spotted playing in the pool with her young boys Sean Preston and Jaden James.

House Papa Kevin Federline was present as well.  Where did the family gather?  The Mohegan Sun Casino in Connecticut.

The Pop Tart is a smart one.  We all know how KFed loves the casino and it probably didn't take much for Britney to distract him and get some mommy time with the boys.

What we mean is, Britney Spears is reportedly investing in one of those oxygen chambers to protect her voice once her tour has ended...apparently she'll need it the next time she lip synchs around the world. Who knew?

The 27-year-old superstar, who is currently on her comeback Circus tour, recently had to run off stage after the air became too smoky during a performance. Don't worry, Snoop Dogg was nowhere in the venue if that's what you're thinking. A source said she became paranoid about breathing in too much bad air.

And the price for one of those breathing chambers? An estimated $20,000.

Other singers who have reportedly also dropped a couple of "high-notes" (that's money for those of you who don't know street-talk) for an oxygen chamber include Madonna, Mick Jagger and Michael Jackson.

Britney Spears was spooked when a fan jumped up on the stage and rushed towards her at her latest gig.  

Britney was belting out "Womanizer" when the fan tried a few dance moves with the Pop Tart.  The Pop Tart did not like that one bit.

Kyle King, 20, was arrested for the effort and cited with a single breach-of-peace charge for the action.

He danced with Spears' backup for a few moments before being led off by a few dancers.  Apparently the guy didn't look too threatening.

King was released on Sunday on a $250 cash bond.

Jennifer Lopez said she really felt for Britney Spears when the Pop Tart went through her meltdown. 

JLo - a mom, pop star, actress and survivor of very public and failed relationships - said:

"That was painful to watch.  I understood everything she was going through...Having fame, having money, having people depend on you, having kids.  Understanding what it's like to have paparazzi chasing you 24 hours a day.  My life's not like that but by choice.  I won't live that way because it will destroy you."

That and Gigli. 

Gigli was like an angry Mothra crushing the hopes and dreams of her film career.
