Britney Spears had another blow-out performance this weekend! The star of the Circus show took to the Miami stage wearing a number of gorgeous outfits including one in a naughty, spangled design (pictured), an army-style minidress, and a faux-policeperson hot pants ensemble.
Even though there was a ton of conspicuous consumption on parade in scorching Miami, Britney also took time out of her schedule while here to donate $100K to the Miami Children's Hospital's Big Apple Circus Clown Care program. While it was reported that she popped in and out in about 10 minutes, every little bit counts, and we're glad to hear that Brit was giving back!
Its only been a few days since Britney Spears kicked off her tour in New Orleans and it's already turning into a circus. Ahead of last night's performance in Atlanta, Britney released a statement on her website denouncing rumors that ex-hubby Kevin Federline had banned their two sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James, from seeing their mom's concerts.
In the statement, she says the rumors are absolutely not true and that her pop tots will remain with her during the entire tour. Contrary to the rumors, she says that family is a huge inspiration and she loves having them on the road with her.
And while the former pop wreck is working her magic on stage, it's Fed-ex who's been pulling the disappearing act.
The former husband turned world's highest paid babysitter has been letting the bodyguards do all the heavy lifting as he spends his $5,000/ week allowance in the casinos.
It seems the man loves to gamble so maybe he's trying to double down?

Britney wowed thousands of fans last night as she launched her hotly anticipated comeback. The pop princess looked stunning in a string of sexy outfits on the first night of her "Circus" tour in New Orleans. The show, in her home state of Louisiana, was her first tour date in five years and included a mix of her classic and current hits.
Spears started the show descending on a golden platform wearing a ringmaster's outfit, with knee-high black boots, black hot pants and a whip. This was followed by another revealing outfit as she sang from inside a golden cage, wearing a black-jeweled bra and a black bustier. Brit ended the show with "Womanizer," dressed as a sexy policewoman,
Months of workouts and gym sessions were clearly worth it as Spears showed off some sizzling dance routines during a 22-song set up, cut into four sections entitled "Circus," "House of Fun," "Freakshow/Peepshow" and "Electro Chic." With fans at the show clearly loving the sight;
"It was amazing to see Britney on stage again, she put on an amazing show and proved she is back, Britney put her heart and soul into that show, she looked and sounded amazing and her dancing was hot. My favorite bit of the show was seeing her lifted up into the air on the umbrella I think everyone was holding their breath, it looked spectacular."
The singer had arrived in New Orleans on board a tour bus with sons, Jayden James and Sean Preston, and dad Jamie Spears after a weekend relaxing in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana. She has also been joined by ex-husband Kevin Federline, who will reportedly follow the tour so they can both see their sons.
