Jason Trawick.
A source reportedly told People, "Things are fine--they still maintain a great working relationship and he's in her life as a great friend as he's always been."
Contrary to reports, the couple have not ended their romance, according to the source.
"Jason did not break up with Britney. That's totally false. Things are casual...Britney really listens to what he has to say. He's been with her a long time, he gets along with the family. He has her best interests at heart, and he cares about her."

Britney Spears shows off her smokin' bikini bod while hanging poolside at The Ritz Carlton hotel.
The pop star is currently on break between legs of her worldwide Circus tour and is splitting her time between the recording studio and hanging with her sons.
Last week, Spears even made a rare red carpet appearance at the Teen Choice Awards where she was honored with a Lifetime Achievement Award.
And we have to say...she was looking pretty amazing in a sexy little black dress.

Britney Spears spent the weekend relaxing poolside with her pop tots before heading back to Canada to resume her Circus tour later this week.
Brit-Brit spent her Sunday with a newly buzzed and blonde --to match mom perhaps--
Jayden James.
It's so good to see Britney embracing her role as a mom and being hands on.
