Britney Spears was spotted leaving her hotel in Berlin yesterday.  

The "Gimme More" singer is in Berlin on the final leg of her Circus tour and took some time out before her concert to do a little shopping and smoke a cig.

Once this concert is over, Brit will have a much needed break until her tour picks back up at the end of August in Canada.  

As far at the conservatorship goes, Britney may be under dad Jamie's control till at least November as many promoters concert contracts stipulated that Britney, "would remain under her father's watchful eye throughout the duration of her tour."

She's more than proven she can handle her life again, on her own. Not only did she take on a worldwide tour, but has had sons Sean and Jayden with her every step of the way.

And now, it looks like her father, Jamie Spears, and his conservatorship is coming to an end. He's been handling Brit's life since her infamous meltdown last year.

But now, even the courts think Britney's progress is impressive...and would have ended the conservatorship sooner if contracts hadn't already been signed for the tour. 

Britney has made no secret of her displeasure at being strictly controlled. In the MTV documentary about her last year, she was quoted as saying "Even when you go to jail, there's the time when you're going to get out".

Well, it looks like your sentence is up, girl.
