Spears was spotted with rumored-to-be new boyfriend Jason Trawick in Santa Monica at Bed, Bath & Beyond where she stocked up on all the necessities including brooms and picture frames.

The pop princess kept it casual in denim shorts and an orange tank top with a matching pair of orange-rimmed shades.
