It seems like Britney Spears has been doing her very best to stay out of the headlines for all the wrong reasons.
The 27-year-old pop star unforgettably had a very public nervous breakdown in 2007, but has since drastically changed her erratic lifestyle.
"I like going to bed early and getting up early," she says. "I just think it's a much better way to live my life, especially when I have the kids."
She also says she's "learning to take better care of [herself] and not get stressed or down about things for nothing."
Adding, "I'm taking my time these days and not letting myself feel any pressure other than to just feel happy about myself and to work on my music."
Whew...what a far cry from her pink wig wearing, Starbucks chugging days of past.
Lately, the self-proclaimed "workout freak" even finds it hard to make time to hit the gym.
"After I had my kids, it was a lot harder for me to get back into that routine," she says. "As you get older and you have more responsibilities, you lose that kid of discipline."

Britney Spears has received advice from Madonna. Word came down from the "Material Mom" "Like A Prayer." Brit Brit follows whatever Madge says...and she should.
Britney, who struck up a relationship with Madonna in 2003, said the pop culture deity had recommended she take her two children on tour with her.
It's all about history. What we as mothers are doing is creating history with our kids that we can look back on. When they're adults I want my kids to say 'Mom worked so hard, but she was always there for us.'
Britney's children, Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, have been travelling with the "Womanizer" singer throughout the US leg of her Circus tour this year.
Britney released a the single "Me Against The Music" with old lady Madge in 2003. She also joined Madonna on her Sticky & Sweet tour last year.

Who's derierre is that? Well, it's none other than Britney's, Bitches!
Brit-Brit left her hometown of Kentwood this weekend after being in her cousin's wedding. This time Britney didn't marry anyone.
But, after everything Britney Spears has been through, we do hope she finds a good man soon. And hopefully he has the means to
support himself.

Britney Spears a schoolteacher?
According to one of her best friends Alli Sims (who is also her cousin) Britney has revealed a desire to live a normal life away from the media glare.
Says Alli: "Britney would always say 'Maybe I just want to be a teacher. I just want to do something on a normal level. I've been something for so long."
Some Britney curriculum might include "Chair Grinding 101" and "Introduction To Lip Synching."

World famous house husband Kevin Federline has to move because he can't afford to live on $40,000 a month.
Britney Spears' ex can't make ends meet continually blowing through the $40K he gets from the Pop Tart every month.
