Courteney Cox has admitted she has had Botox, but says she 'hated' it.
The former Friends star said she reluctantly underwent the injections but ultimately she didn't like the way it made her look and she was worried that she would lose all expression on her face if she kept using it.
"Botox? I think it's fantastic and also horrible. I mean, they've come up with this stuff that can make you not look angry. But you have to use it sparingly. I went to this doctor once and he was like, 'Oh, let me do it just here and here and here.' And I was miserable. I mean, I'm an actor, I've got to be able to move my face. When people start messing with their foreheads and can't lift their eyebrows, that's weird. It's not that I haven't tried Botox - but I hated it."
She also added that plastic surgery isn't "important" to her or her husband David Arquette, "I'm not under pressure to do anything.
"He loves the aging process. He thinks it's beautiful."

I think we can let David Arquette's ensemble slide here purely because he was posing at a charity event and was doing his very best to give back. That being said, I'm really glad that Courteney Cox didn't go anywhere near bright colors, or the effect would have been blinding. It is pretty appropriate for a carnival, though, so maybe David had the right idea after all!

Courteney Cox is on a double-dating, group date frenzy with Jennifer Aniston and John Mayer! It's kind of crazy how much they hang out. Do you think Courteney gets tired of getting to know Jennifer's different suitors? It's got to be exhausting getting to know each of these guys so well and have Jen break up with them. Let's hope that this time, Jen and John will be going the distance. For Court's sake.

You'd think since Courteney Cox Arquette would have better provisions against the prying eyes of the paparazzi, but that isn't the case-- or at least John Mayer hasn't realized where the best places are to stand on his new friend's beach house deck.
John and Jennifer Aniston swung by the Malibu spot this weekend, where they met other friends like the one pictured above embracing John. He did his best to slink past the photogs, but one of them caught him out in the open. A thanks from Splash for making our job a heck of a lot easier!

Courtney Cox stepped out last night and made her weekly jaunt to her favorite restaurant, Nobu in Malibu. She had been joined by three friends and was inside for two and a half hours before leaving for home. As she left, the 'Dirt' star didn't look too pleased when the photographers turned up to pap her without any makeup. Although she appeared a little tired, her skin still looked pretty fresh for a woman in her forties.

Desperate Housewife star Eva Longoria threw open the doors of her Hollywood restaurant Beso for a private star studded celebrity dinner last night. Present were celebrities Jennifer Aniston, Jessica and Ashlee Simpson, Orlando Bloom, Jason Bateman, David Arquette and wife Courtney Cox, Eve and Kate Beckinsale with husband Len Wiseman.
