Courtney Love, Elle UK's Woman of the Year, left the Groucho Club in London draped in flapper gear and plenty of sparkles-- perhaps she was getting dolled up to celebrate more than just her new award? Word has it that Courtney is going out with Mickey Rourke, and that the two got together after he picked up a Golden Globe for

Supposedly Rourke's behavior has gotten him into trouble with Love as of late, and whether or not the two are truly together, his field-playing ways are the most

Never for the life of me, did I think I'd live to see the day, when Elle magazine readers would vote wild child Courtney Love as Woman Of The Year at the Elle Style Awards! Obviously this fashion focused bunch are bigger Nirvana slash alternative rock 'musos' than we thought. And I'm sure I read the word style somewhere in the awards headline.
Oh well, Courtney Love thanking a magazine for her whole turn around last year has to have to substance, right? Nothing perhaps to do with the fact that the former Hole frontwoman is launching her own fashion label this year. No. Course not.
So while we scoff at this self respecting mag making a mockery of it's own awards night, we can also admire Courtney's serious fashion faux pas in her Givenchy Couture gown. That's one saggy side boob that I don't need to see at 10.30am!

The Guardian. The state of her hair can't really be complained about since mine looks the same after a long flight. . . although I do have a sneaking suspicion that she looked a little bit like this before she took off. That grey power suit is just too much!

Five years ago, If you had said Britney Spears was going to be Courtney Love of our generation, I would have called bullsh*t.
Courtney Love was famously handcuffed to a stretcher when she refused medical treatment following a 911 call on her birthday on July 9th, 2004. Police were called to the scene after people complained she was throwing bottles from her apartment window into the street and was later spotted in her SoHo apartment lobby claiming she had just had an abortion/miscarriage.

Splash caught up with acne ridden Courtney Love as she arrived at LAX where "surprisingly" she was causing a scene.
According to an American Airlines employee, Love arrived at LAX with no less than TWELVE suitcases and needed three people to transport her through the terminal, saying that "it must have cost her $2,000 just to transport her bags".
The erratic rocker was also carrying a CD, which read "C. Love, Skinny Little B*tch".
I don't know what exactly was in those bags, but the TSA worker was very perplexed as she peered into Courtney's belongings.
Hmmm, I wonder what we have here...
