There was a second car crash in two days on the set of Nic Cage's film 'The Sorcerer's Apprentice.' Nine people were treated for injuries after an SUV swerved to avoid a taxi.
On Monday, two people were injured after a Ferrari crashed in Times Square. Tourists watched on in amazement at 1am Monday as the high-powered sports car jumped a curb and hit the entrance of a restaurant. The accident happened at 1am on Monday during a scene for The Sorcerer's Apprentice where the Ferrari overtook cars during a chase with a Mercedes. Neither person was seriously injured, according to the New York Post.
Last year on the Italian film set of the new James Bond movie 'Quantum of Solace' there were two accidents as well. The crash pictured in the gallery involved two Alfa Romeos driven by stunt men and a car chase involving Bond's famous Aston Martin. A stunt driver is seen in the pictures being attended to by emergency services before a helicopter takes him away to hospital. The accident ended the days shoot and caused a long delay in reopening the road. This was the second major accident in five days on the Bond film set after another chase went BAD and a car crashed into Lake Garda.
In 2007, Nicole Kidman was in a driving stunt that went wrong and crashed on the set of the film 'Invasion.' Nicole, a young boy, two other actors, camera crew and a number of stuntmen were involved in the accident.

Despite dipping temperatures in New York-- and all the layers that go along with that-- Mr. Daniel Craig was looking handsome when he ran into Splash. The actor has been promoting
Defiance pretty aggressively over the past weeks, from
France to
London, and now he was headed to theĀ
Regis and Kelly Show.
Sadly enough, Daniel Craig admitted that he needs a break from playing James Bond. When he was asked when they'll start shooting the next Bond film, he replied "
Hopefully not too soon." (Crushing, I know.) "I want to lie on a beach for the first half hour of the next movie, drinking a cocktail," he continued.
Well, all least we have our fill of steel-blue eyes and plenty of autographing after the jump!

Forty-eight hours later and the Defiance cast have left a very chilly London for the delights of Paris! Liev Schreiber, Daniel Craig and director Edward Zwick were all snapped on the red carpet last night as they continued their promotional tour around the globe. And as always, supportive film producer Satsuki Mitchell was glued to Daniel's side.

Heart-throb Daniel Craig got drunk to bond with co-stars of his new movie, he has revealed. The James Bond star plays one of three brothers alongside Jamie Bell and Liev Schreiber in action movie
Defiance.
I wish I could give you some sort of deep acting note about the way we formed this relationship, but we actually just went out and got drunk. It's an important thing to do. We had to immediately. Something clicked as soon as we got together. There was a sort of competitive edge to everything, which I think is absolutely right for brothers.
Defiance is based on the true story of three Jewish brothers who escape Nazi occupied Poland and take refuge in the woods to plan their fight back against the Nazis. Craig admitted feeling the pressure of the role because the film is based on a true story.
I think that you want to be as historically accurate, or as accurate as you can possibly be, but an awful lot happens in the space of about two hours that happened over a three year period.
Much of the movie was filmed in freezing cold conditions but Craig said it was all part of the role.
You had to put into your mind, we were out there for 10 hours at a time, but we had warm beds to go to. I mean these people survived for three years. We got close to winter but we didn't even get into full winter, and I can't imagine how that was.
