"Harry Potter" star Daniel Radcliffe was spotted strolling around Manhattan looking very relaxed. The actor, who has also appeared naked in a theater production of "Equus", was wearing a casual leather jacket, white T-shirt with a print, a faded black cadet cap and sporting an unshaven look, whilst listening to a selection of his favorite songs no doubt.

Radcliffe is due to appear in "Harry Potter and the Half-Blood Prince" in July 2009, with "Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows" being split into two part for release in 2010 and 2011. "Harry Potter" has been very kind to the young actor, at the age of just 19 he has an estimated wealth of around $35 million.

Harry Potter's Daniel Radcliffe has settled down with his first luxury Manhattan apartment, ringing in at $4.3 million. While it's unclear whether it's an investment property or if he plans to move into the property later, Daniel seems to have been planning to get his hands on this apartment for some time. Apparently the property was purchased by Gilmore Jacobs, Ltd., the company set up by his parents, when he was just eleven! The 18-year-old has already started renting out the place for $20,000,000 per month, but that's not surprising: not only is the apartment gorgeous, but it has been dubbed the "sexiest new development" in the Soho area.

Daniel Radcliffe and the gorgeous Australian actress Teresa Palmer happily posed for the cameras together as they attended the Los Angeles premiere of December Boys. Held at the Director's Guild of America, it wasn't perhaps the most star studded affair that Daniel is used to, but never the less this film has been nominated for an Awgie Award. The film, based on Michael Noonan's novel focuses on four orphans who leave their orphanage for a holiday by the sea and battle among each other when they hear about two of the seaside residents possibly adopting.

In between Harry Potter sequels, Daniel Radcliffe is filming "My Boy Jack," a WWI period drama where Radcliffe is playing Jack Kipling, poet Rudyard Kipling's son, who was killed in WWI. Bless, Daniel Radcliffe is all grown up! Perhaps believing in fairy dust and wands for the last 5 years on the set of Harry Potter worked magic on his puberty genes? These new publicity pictures see Daniel getting worryingly randy with a horse, as he poses for his new play Equus. The play is about an investigation at a stable where six horses have been blinded. The suspect is a young, quiet man called Alan Strang who appears to love working with horses but appears to be a very troubled individual.
