Former Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has launched a campaign for better maternity services.
The star, who has a two-year-old daughter named Bluebell, wants countries to aim for better health and midwifery services.
The singer went to the British parliament to lobby for change this week but insists it isn't about charity but about humanity.
A round of applause for Geri please.

Spice Girl Geri Halliwell has adopted two babies...a pair of lion cubs.
The singer sponsored the rare white lions, named Rudi and Aphrodite, after they were born at the Paradise Wildlife Park in Hertfordshire, England.
The cubs will not be moving in with Geri and her three-year-old daughter Bluebell Madonna, but will stay at the park.

Geri Halliwell turned heads last night at the premiere of
The Boat That Rocked in London by wearing a daringly low cut dress but the real story came later that night.
The 36-year-old former Spice Girl has reportedly imposed
a year-long ban on dating after breaking-up with her fiancé, millionaire Fabrizio Politi. But after the
premiere in Leicester Square,
Ginger Spice was spotted flashing her cleavage at The Punchbowl.
So is Geri living up to her one-year ban or is Guy Ritchie systematically working his way through every available hot chick in England?

Since Guy Ritchie's quickie divorce from muscle mad Madonna, the director has been spotted entertaining many a pretty young lady in his Mayfair establishment, The Punchbowl. In last few months we've snapped Guy with a
mystery blonde,
Elle Macpherson,
Kimberly Stewart and
Paris Hilton. And now it appears we can add Geri Halliwell to that growing list.
The former Spice Girl had quite a busy night indeed, having started her night in a gold mini dress at the premiere of The Boat That Rocked in London's Leicester Square, Geri then tottered her way to Guy's pub in her matching gold heels, where she enjoyed the delights of a bagpipe playing Ritchie. She then headed to Tini in Kensington, where she reportedly met old flame meet Nick House, before leaving at 1:00am.
Meanwhile Guy laughed and joked around with the paps by leaving via the back exit and creeping up on the waiting photographers at the front door where his car was waiting. He almost fooled them all, only to be recognised at the last second. It was then we noticed the funny man was sporting a black eye - ouch!

Geri Halliwell's whirlwind engagement to Italian billionaire Fabrizio Politi has lasted just over two months - with the former Spice Girl ending their romance because she's not "the marrying type".
Her dumped lover, who proposed to the singer over Christmas, is believed to be obviously upset but is said to have respected her decision. It's believed the yoga bunny felt she was happier with her life just being about her daughter Bluebell. Ouch! No room for you matey!
