It was a case of battle of blondes last night at the 8th consecutive year of the NRJ Music Awards. Christina Aguilera, Gwen Stefani, and Fergie of the Black Eyed Peas were among the few international stars on the red carpet. I'm not quite sure why Victoria Silvstedt was there? Although according to IMDb she did release a CD called "Girl on the Run" that topped the European Billboards? Well swiftly moving on from her boring existence, I'd have to say the cutest blonde award has to go Gwen Stefani.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale met up with Heidi Klum and Seal in Manhattan on Labor Day and enjoyed a nice stroll around the city with the kids. I see lots of possible joint ventures disguised as 'playdates' for the kids here. Klum modelling for Stefani's L.A.M.B. clothing line (possibly inviting Gwen to the Project Runway set?) and Seal and Rossdale collaborating on an album.

The NY Post is reporting that Gwen Stefani is boycotting the VMA's due to losing out to Kelly Clarkson in several of the major categories last year. So is Gwen trying to lose the last few lbs of baby weight or is she going all Rocky on us and training to bust lil Miss Independent's ass?
