Heidi Klum wants to legally take husband
Seal's name, according to court documents.
The German supermodel has reportedly filed paperwork with the LA Superior Court to have her surname changed to Samuel.
The "Crazy" singer's full name is
Seal Henry Olusegun Olumide Adelo Samuel.
The couple have been married for four-and-a-half years and have two children together.
Klum, who is currently pregnant, is set to give birth to their third child this month.
The
Project Runway host should find out whether her petition to change her name has been successful on November 20.

A very pregnant
Heidi Klum was spotted with her very own karate kid...daughter Leni.
Leni looked adorable in her uniform and crocs, while mom Heidi was stunning as ever in skinny black jeans and a leopard print top.
The supermodel, who is due in October, didn't let pregnancy cramp her seriously sick style.
From red carpet glam at the Emmy's in a
form-fitting strapless black dress with a killer train.
To comfy and casual
at the beach in a tie-dyed cover up.

Mom-to-be Heidi Klum proudly showed off her expanding belly. The pregnant supermodel was playing in the park with her son Henry Samuel and her daughter Leni when we spotted her.
Klum is getting ready for the next season of her hit show,
Project Runway which premieres on August 20th.

Blonde Ambition Collection, which celebrates iconic blondes in fashion and entertainment.
And what's the supermodel's miniature--which will be available for purchase later this year-- outfit of choice?
Looks like it will be
a shiny, pink mini dress for the rest of eternity.

Supermodel Heidi Klum donned a guest editor hat for German Vogue in an issue all about her!
The ubermodel wore many hats for the June edition which features a 140-page spread titled, "Heidi by Vogue".
Her cover photo carries a striking and dramatic black and white evening theme.
The cover girl says, "It was a thrill working with the team of photographers, hair stylists, make-up artists and editors. We shot the entire issue in one week - it was a group effort."
And while it doesn't look like she'll be quitting her day job anytime soon, she said, "I would love the opportunity to be involved in a magazine like this again. I'm always up for a challenge."
