Heidi Klum cut the usual glam figure in the airport with hubby Seal as the two got ready to take off. Toting a moc-croc bag and wearing a fun cat tee, Heidi looked way happier than most of us do when we go through security. Both her and Seal were trying to keep eyes off themselves by wearing dark shades. Nice try!
No matter how you feel about President Elect Barack Obama's victory last week, you're probably going to be pretty happy to hear that these two will stick around in the States after all. They had threatened to move abroad if McCain was elected, so. . . hopefully we'll be seeing a lot more of them around town.

Heidi Klum throws a huge Halloween party every year and this year was no different. The event, held at trendy New York hot spot 1 Oak, was attended by husband Seal, rocker Pink, Mickey Rourke, Jessica Alba, and Cash Warren to name a few but it is the
Victoria's Secret model's costume of Hindu Goddess Kaali that is attracting all the attention. Hindu's are rather upset with the German supermodel calling her costume "
denigrating."
"Goddess Kali is highly revered in Hinduism and she is meant to be worshipped in temples and not to be used in clubs for publicity stunts or thrown around loosely for dramatic effects," Contactmusic quoted Indo-American statesman Rajan Zed as saying.
He added: "Hindus welcome Hollywood and other entertainment industries to immerse themselves in Hinduism, but they should take it seriously and respectfully, and not just use the religion for decoration or to advance their selfish agenda. Casual flirting sometimes results in pillaging serious spiritual doctrines and revered symbols and hurting the devotees."
While I think Klum did an amazing job on her costume, I can see why people would think it is offensive. Then again, people dress up as Jesus all the time.
What do you think?

Heidi Klum (
who really knows how to throw a party), was spotted wandering about the Beverly Center with her son this weekend in tall boots and a slouchy sweater. Since tomorrow's the day that decides
whether or not she stays in the U.S. with husband Seal & fam, she's probably got a lot on her mind!

Seal and Heidi Klum
continue to wow as an Indian deity and a scary something at their party in NYC, and they gave the photogs exactly what they were looking for! Heidi put her years of modeling to good use before she even made it on her own red carpet.
It would be sad if these two
left the States, because we've gotten used to their yearly Halloween extravaganza.

Are you as positively petrified of Heidi Klum and Seal as I am? When Heidi said that "I always have an outrageous outfit. I always try to top myself every year," she meant it. Dressed up as Kali, she was seen with husband Seal looking very threatening with faux knives and body parts dangling about.
But when you're hosting your own Halloween bash (known to be one of the best, I might add), it's important to make an impression on your way to the red carpet. Heidi's costume for her Absolut 100 bash at NYC's 1-OAK was just what the night called for!

Heidi Klum and Seal took to the New York streets bedecked with Barack Obama buttons and a little something else to show their support-- Seal wore an Obama mask for part of their trip in front of the paparazzi. It's creepy, but effective.
Heidi and Seal were recently added to the list of potential ex-pats when they told
Vanity Fair that they'd leave the States if John McCain is elected. Seal said that "If McCain is elected and America staggers on further towards the
abyss, then we will leave the country. That is not a problem for us."
So it's safe to say that they're taking this as seriously as all of us! U.S. citizens: don't forget to vote on November 4th.
