After his second DUI arrest, actor Chris Klein voluntarily checked into a treatment facility...and it looks like he's extending his stay.

The American Pie star, whose been at the Cirque Lodge in Utah since June 21st, has already completed more than 30 days, but a rep for the star tells PEOPLE:

"Chris, along with his support team, has decided to extend his treatment. He is doing fantastic and is optimistic about his future. He thanks everyone for their continued support."

The 31-year-old actor was arrested for his second DUI on June 16 in LA after a California Highway Patrol saw him weaving westbound on the Hollywood Freeway.

Officials say his blood alcohol leval was nearly three times the legal limit.

Klein is due in court on August 23^rd.

She may be a hands-on mom now but Angelina Jolie wasn't always Miss domesticated growing up.  In fact, the Oscar-award winning actress was known more for her wild and rebellious ways than anything, the result of her mother abandoning her when she was a baby according to a new biography.

The author, Andrew Morton, best known for his controversial bio of Princess Diana, claims that Jolie's mother, Marcheline Bertrand, banished the actress to a separate apartment in their LA home at just one-year-old...leaving her in the care of staff for two years.

He then goes on to say that Bertrand didn't accept Angelina back into her life until she was three and the rejection left a deep psychological scar on the star.

During her teenage years, Jolie eventually started using cocaine and heroin - developing a reputation as a party animal and at one point in her life - supposedly hired a hitman to murder her mother but changed her mind.

Angelina has clearly come a long way since then.  She is now mother to six children and serves as goodwill ambassador for the UN High Commissioner for Refugees.

According to Angelina: An Unauthorized Biography is due to be published this week.

Cheryl Cole is about to have a new roommate in suspected boyfriend Derek Hough, according to reports.

The 25-year-old American dancer, who has been in the market for his own place in England, has been invited by Cole to stay at her London home while she recovers from a bout of malaria. It seems that Derek is planning to relocate to Britain next month and stay through the rest of the year.

While there, Hough will reportedly meet with West End show producers and TV executives who are desperate to sign him. A source said Hough is looking for a place in West London, and is glad to shack up with Cheryl for the time being.

Cole is equally as thrilled says the source, especially now that she is on her way back to full strength and looking forward to have a friend around to keep her company.

Cheryl was stricken with malaria earlier this month following a trip with Derek to Tanzania, Africa.

Lindsay Lohan is expected to leave jail in the coming days but it's what happens next that is the topic of debate. It's rumored that the Mean Girl will have to go to court-ordered rehab for 90 days directly after her release, but Lindsay is desperate to spend time with her family first.

Reports claim that Lohan has been having a difficult time away from her loved ones and it is up her lawyer, Shawn Chapman Holley, to convince the judge that Lindsay not go to rehab right away.

It has been projected that LiLo will most likely exit jail somewhere around August 1st or 2nd, only weeks after starting her 90-day sentence, and should have somewhere in the vicinity of 24 hours before checking into rehab.

According to reports, Lindsay has been visited twice by her mother Dina and sister Ali during her incarceration, and has barred her father Michael from seeing her.
