Lindsay Lohan looks a little sleepy as we spot her in a black, fringey suede vest leaving a house party in the Hollywood Hills last night.
She's not alone though.
A male friend of hers, who shields his face from the flashing camera's, gives her a hand.
The actress has got a lot of family drama going on right now, now that
her father, Michael Lohan, has released the audio from a personal
conversation they had and she's even working on getting a restraining
order against him.
Poor Lilo...she just can't catch a break.

Megan Fox has said she 'really hates' being single as it's 'uncomfortable'.
The 23-year-old recently reunited with her on/off fiance Brian Austin Green, 36, and she said she isn't a fan of singledom.
Asked if she likes being in a
relationship, she said: "Oh, I love it, yes. I really hate being
single, don't you? It's just very uncomfortable. Who likes dating? I
just don't like it."
Megan also said that she may appear confident but she is not always secure within herself.
She said: "No, I have a fear of public speaking. Every time I have to be onstage or at an awards show, I get so petrified."
Megan added: "No, I'm not tough, I just don't let people push me around, I guess. Is that your definition of tough?"

Ashlee Simpson-Wentz is facing claims that she was booted off the TV show Melrose Place because she was a "total diva" on set.
These latest reports come just a day after her sister, Jessica, called the writing on the show crap.
The 25-year-old actress played the role of Violet Foster in the first season of the remade TV series.
Producers however claim her character was axed due to storylines in the show.

Singer Katy Perry has said her
boyfriend Russell Brand would prefer her to be covered up when she
presents the MTV Europe Music Awards instead of her usual raunchy
outfits.Or maybe it's just because she saw our pictures of him yesterday?
The 25-year-old star will present the MTV Europe Music Awards on November 5 for the second year in a row.
Talking about her two-month
relationship with the British comic, she said: "The wonderful thing is
we both have our own kind of separate talents, careers and lives and we
really respect each other.
"I think that's really important... [But] we like to kind of keep this as our special thing."
But Katy doesn't believe that Brand, 34, will approve of her sexy costumes for the show.
She said: "Lace and feathers
and crystals and corsets... I think it's going to be dark and sexy and
romantic. And a little bit naughty here and there.
"I think he'd actually prefer me to be more quirky and covered. I'm sure he'd prefer me in a complete mummy outfit."
