It seems that Janet Jackson's accidental (oh come on) "wardrobe malfunction" has been finally vindicated. The singer was performing with Justin Timberlake at the 2004 SuperBowl when Timberlake tore off part of Jackson's outfit, exposing a conveniently decorated breast. CBS Corp were fined $550,000 for this by the FCC, however, an appeals court has finally thrown out the fine 4 years later, stating that the FCC "acted arbitarily and capriciously".
140 million people watched this happen. 50 million people didn't notice it, 60 million people didn't care, 25 million male teenagers rushed to their bedrooms as they had to do some "emergency" homework, 4 million people taped it and watched it 37 consecutive times, 999,992 people went and bought a Janet Jackson album and/or nipple rings and finally 8 people from Arkansas called CBS immediately full of shock and horror and claiming that this is definitely NOT what Jesus would do.

The collagen had hardened in Janet's face
Janet Jackson appeared on TRL to reveal how happy she was that actor Robert Downey Jr is enjoying considerable success with "Iron Man". She thinks he is an incredible actor and she has always rooted for him. Jackson also mentioned that she was the original choice of "Storm" in the "X-Men" films but tour conflicts meant the role ended up with Halle Berry. Janet has just released her album "Discipline".
Other people Janet is happy for include: Tommy Lee, Ozzy Osbourne, Simon Cowell and Tom Cruise. Why? Because she is just that kind of nice person. Janet Jackson is the only person in the world who thought "Battlefield Earth" was a "neat" movie.

Janet Jackson performed her latest single 'Feedback' on ABC's 'Good Morning America' this morning to promote her new album 'Discipline' which drops today.
I have no problem with Janet Jackson releasing an album. What I do have a problem with is the rest of the Jacksons think that if Janet can do it, they can too which leads to Tito spreading rumors of a 'Jackson 5' reunion tour that will never happen and Michael trying to release another album and calling everyone racist when it doesn't happen because it stinks.
