Jennifer Garner was spotted with Violet in LAX yesterday, where she continued her jet-set ways while discreetly zipping through the airport past photographers. Now that she has been granted a permanent restraining order against a stalker, she's probably feeling better about being out and about in L.A.! Since Ben has been in the Congo recently and Jennifer's been on her own with her belly, her nanny, and Violet, a little safety makes a big difference.

Jennifer Garner's pretty fast for someone who looks like she's going to explode! This heavily pregnant actress has been noticeably out of the spotlight the past few days, but now she's back out and about. Wrapped up in a heavy sweater and jeans, we saw her zipping along as she made her way to the studio in Santa Monica. Yes, she was actually running!

We don't blame her for running, really, because of all the scary things going on right now. She just got her restraining order to prevent a "delusional" stalker from targeting her, so hopefully things are on the up and up from here.

Jennifer Garner has filed a restraining order against a "delusional" stalker. In court documents filed today, the Daredevil star says that Steven Burky has been "stalking and harassing" her and believes that he is a threat to her 2-year-old daughter and husband Ben Affleck. The pregnant actress also alleges that Mr. Burky harassed her six years ago and has recently resurfaced.

"Between 2002 and 2003, Mr Burky engaged in obsessive and harassing behavior, posting about me on the internet, sending me multiple packages and letters containing delusional and paranoid thoughts, and following me around the country, through multiple different states, to make contact with me.

This past year, Mr Burky has resurfaced and his obsessive and harassing behaviour has escalated to the point of becoming dangerous and threatening. He has now shown up at my private residence and has repeatedly expressed his belief that God has sent him a vision of me being 'persecuted' in some manner that might result in my death."

To make things even more creepy Burky is a self-described "crazed Alias fan" who sent Garner roses with a card that read "I love you forever" and he also for a blog called "Satanic Panic."

Mr. Burky is currently under a psychiatric hold while a Los Angeles  court deices if the temporary restraining order should be made permanent.

Jennifer Garner picked up daughter Violet to round off the week with her nanny in tow-- and showing off a peek of belly! The actress stepped out looking positively mumsy but no less gorgeous as she stepped out in Santa Monica.

She looks extremely big here, so she must be ready to pop any time. Is it wrong that we're already looking forward to seeing shots of the soon-to-be new addition? I can't wait to see some cute portraits of Ben, Violet, Jen, and said baby in 2008/2009.

Jennifer Garner grabbed up her little Violet after her day at pre-school in Santa Monica yesterday with the help of a nanny, which makes us happy to see here at Splash. Looking larger daily means that you need some help in the child-carrying department-- but why is Jennifer hiding this time from the paparazzi? She's usually so cool with us, but we'll chalk it up to grouchy pregnant lady blues.

Jennifer Garner was yet another celeb performing their civic duty yesterday! After a long day of family-related stuff and errands, Jennifer hit the polling center at around 5:30 in the afternoon. This mommy / mommy-to-be hauled herself out of the car, gave the paparazzi a huge smile as always, and then continued on her way.

For those of you wondering where Jen was yesterday when Ben Affleck placed his vote, here you go! They headed in separately, with Jen voting in Brentwood later on in the day.
