Jennifer Lopez is currently preggers, after make-up at least, on the set of her film The Back-Up Plan.

The film is a romantic comedy centered on a woman who conceives twins through artificial insemination, only to meet the man of her dreams on the very same day.

Art is imitating life since JLo has twins...and she makes pregnancy look fantastic.

Splash spotted Al Roker rolling into jury duty looking like he'd rather be cleaning his sock drawer or going to the dentist.

Al said of his pain:

"A little jury duty.  Doing the civic thing." 

Civic duty?  Sign Splash up.  Jury duty?  We'd rather be the third wheel on a dinner date with Tommy Lee and Courtney Love.

But the great thing about America is everybody has to do their part - even the stars.

John Stewart, Russell Simmons and action hero Harrison Ford got the jury duty call.

Mostly in court for divorces and adoptions, the "Material Girl" Madonna had to deal with jury duty as well.

JLo showed up at the courthouse to do her civic duty.

But leave it to Farrah Fawcett to hold court after her jury duty session and put everything into proper perspective:

"Someone was saying would you have gotten out of it.  Well no I was listening to the judge talking about the country that gives you so much asks very little.  The least we can do is do our part here."

Jennifer Lopez revealed she had a health scare with her daughter Emme when she was three weeks old. 

JLo found a lump on Emme's head but her daughter turned out ok after undergoing a series of tests.

JLo said she and hubby Marc Anthony were wracked with nerves during the time and even admitted if it went badly she wasn't going to handle the whole thing well at all.

Jennifer Lopez said she really felt for Britney Spears when the Pop Tart went through her meltdown. 

JLo - a mom, pop star, actress and survivor of very public and failed relationships - said:

"That was painful to watch.  I understood everything she was going through...Having fame, having money, having people depend on you, having kids.  Understanding what it's like to have paparazzi chasing you 24 hours a day.  My life's not like that but by choice.  I won't live that way because it will destroy you."

That and Gigli. 

Gigli was like an angry Mothra crushing the hopes and dreams of her film career.
