Jessica Alba has continued her promotional tour by visiting the MTV Studios for a taping of TRL. Nearly every studio in NYC has seen Alba over the last week, as her 'team' try hard to promote her new horror film 'The Eye'. But we all know that no-one gives a flying hoot about the film, it's all baby baby baby!!!

Jessica Alba has opened up about her pregnancy on American Television. The well know starlet took the studio's yesterday, entertaining both The Today Show and David Letterman with her thoughts on her new found motherhood.
The actress, who has just returned from the Sundance Film festival in Utah, remained coy when asked if she was having a boy or a girl. Appearing as a guest on the Late Show with David Letterman she refused to reveal the sex of her baby, even though she might know if it's a boy or a girl.
"I'm not saying anything. But I might know if it's a boy or a girl."
The Sin City star also revealed what it was like in the early weeks of her pregnancy and her shock at seeing her body change, she said:
"It was hairy. All day sickness, it really wasn't fun. You're expanding in places you never knew existed, and you're like, 'what's going on here?'. You go, 'What's happening?' You definitely have to go with the flow. You have to surrender, but it's a shock to the system.
Again, I've never been one to emphasize anything on my looks or anything. It was just the polls, the magazines, they do it. It was never my thing. So I really don't care."
The actress also admitted she had struggled in the early stages of her pregnancy. She added:
"It wasn't like morning sickness, it was all-day sickness. [but] I feel really blessed. I feel really lucky. This is the best time ever. It's the best year."

Poor Jessica looks so tired! Splash happened upon the pregnant and tired actress as she made her way back to her Manhattan hotel. She had spent the night at the "G'Day USA: Australia Week 2008," where she presented an award to the Nip/Tuck star Julian McMahon in the Waldorf-Astoria Ballroom.
She looks very refined here. Gorgeous!

Not one to let her ever expanding bump get in the way, Jessica Alba was out and about in New York and looking as fabulous as ever.
The busy mom-to-be who recently flew back in from the fun and festivities of Sundance spent a hectic Friday filming a segment for the Tyra Banks show, doing a bit of shopping at the Whole Foods grocery store before heading back to the Gramercy Park Hotel in New York City.
Earlier this week, the 26-year-old actress spoke about her fear of breastfeeding and how she is attempting to keep off the baby weight.
She said: “I try to eat as healthily as possible and exercise.
"As long as I don't gain too much weight too fast – I think that's the key.â€
With such a hectic schedule and an active gym life it's highly unlikely the Fantastic Four actress has anything to worry about.

Pregnant actress Jessica Alba revealed on TV show 'Extra' that she is more worried about breast-feeding than giving birth.
Breast-feeding is kind of like the only thing I have been paranoid about - more than giving birth.
I don't know about you but I would be more concerned about squeezing something the size of a watermelon through a hole the size of a plum than about her kid doing something that boyfriend Cash Warren does nightly.

Jessica Alba looked pretty in white as she and boyfriend Cash Warren arrived at the Sundance Film Festival wrapped up warm for the wintery conditions. Jessica wore a matching beanie and coat, sunglasses and had a warm coffee in her hand (I hope it's decaf, especially with reports breaking this Monday that pregnant woman should avoid caffeine all together). As Jessica made her way towards a party, she signed autographs, but ignored any questions thrown at her. I can't say I'm surprised. She hates paps.
