It's official, pregnant actress Jessica Alba is off the market after her publicist announced her engagement to her umbrella holder/out of work boyfriend Cash Warren.

"I can confirm that they are engaged," Alba's publicist, Brad Cafarelli, said in an e-mail to The Associated Press on Thursday.
